Meditation

Meditation is of course another ancient and perennial way of going beyond conditioned mind, day mind, the mind with which one overidentifies. It does not have to be force or difficult - it can be taken a slow step at a time. As a teacher once told me, "Go slow to get there fast."

There are many books on meditation which I recommend to get people started, or deeper into their journey.
